Released in 2011, the Gettysburg National Military Park Quarter depicts the Union victory at the Battle of Gettysburg (Pennsylvania) in the summer of 1863. The battle ended General Robert E. Lee’s second and most ambitious invasion of the North and was a turning point in the Civil War. It also provided President Abraham Lincoln with the setting for his most famous address.
This particular coin is in brilliant, uncirculated condition. Similar to coin shown.
