America the Beautiful Quarters capture the breathtaking beauty of America’s natural landscapes that have inspired countless poets, adventurers, and artists. The U.S. is honoring our Nation's national parks and sites on quarters featuring five new designs each year.

Released in 2011, the Olympic National Park Quarter depicts the glistening tidepools and glacier-capped peaks of Olympic National Park in the state of Washington. The 1 million-acre park is home to the beautiful glacier-capped 7,980-foot summit of Mount Olympus.
