Released in 2012, the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Quarter features Hawaii's National Park that was created to preserve the natural setting of Kilauea and Mauna Loa volcanoes. It is one of the most fascinating biological landscapes in the world. The Hawaiian Archipelago, located more than 2,000 miles from the nearest continental land mass, is the most geographically isolated group of islands on Earth.
